Most orders ship within 3 to 10 business days. If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe for any reason, we will notify you promptly. Please note that special or custom orders may require additional time, depending on the details of your request. If you need your order to ship sooner or would like to make changes to an existing order, please call us at 1-800-338-7637. Calling is the fastest way to reach us, as emails may not be reviewed as frequently.
Domestic Orders
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order leaves our facility.
Please note that during certain times of the year, major delays may occur with the U.S. Postal Service and other carriers. While we ship orders promptly, we are unable to guarantee carrier delivery times once the package is in transit.
* The U.S. Postal Service delivers only to valid mailing addresses. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
* UPS Ground delivery times vary by location. Since we are located in South Carolina, UPS Ground shipments typically arrive faster to East Coast destinations and may take longer for West Coast deliveries.
International Orders
Due to ongoing issues with lost packages and significant delivery delays over the past few years, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue international shipping on our website at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Return Policy
Custom or modified items and belts are NON-RETURNABLE.
For backpacks, messenger bags, duffel bags, and other higher-priced items, we proudly offer free shipping to our customers. However, these items are costly to ship. If you choose to return one of these products, the original shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund. This information is also noted in the product descriptions to help you make an informed purchase decision.
We're happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, all items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. If you are returning a wallet that originally included a plastic picture insert, the insert must also be returned. If it is missing, the cost of the insert will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To make an exchange, simply place a new order online for the item you would like instead. Then, complete the return form and send back the original item following the return instructions on the return form. This helps ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Returning Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us before returning the item. Before determining that an item is defective, please keep in mind that leather is a natural material. As such, it may display minor blemishes and imperfections known as range marks. These are healed scars or scratches the animal acquired during its lifetime. Range marks are not defects. In fact, they are a hallmark of genuine leather and contribute to the unique character of each piece, making every item truly one of a kind.
