Shipping Speed Details
Orders are usually shipped within 3-10 business days (we will inform you if for any reason your order is delayed beyond this). Special orders can take longer depending on your specific request.
*If you need an order to ship out the same day or make changes to your current order, please call and let us know at 1-800-338-7637 (emails may not be checked as frequently).
Domestic Orders
Postal Service and Standard Shipping can take from 3-7 days to arrive after shipment leaves our facilities. (PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE MAJOR DELAYS THIS TIME OF YEAR BY THE POSTAL SERVICE AND OTHER CARRIERS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES.)
Postal Service only delivers to mailing addresses. On incorrect addresses the customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
UPS Ground delivery varies by zone (we are located in South Carolina, so UPS Ground is much faster for the East Coast than out West).
If there is going to be a substantial delay because an item is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email.
International Orders
Unfortunately, due to lost packages and huge delivery delays in the past couple of years, we had to discontinue international shipping.
Return Policy
Custom or modified items and belts are NON-RETURNABLE.
For specific large or high cost items (Backpacks, Messenger Bags, Duffle Bags, etc.), while shipping is free to you, the actual cost to deliver these items is significant. If you return one of these products, we will deduct our original shipping expenses from your refund amount (this is noted in the product description).
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unused and undamaged condition. The product price and applicable taxes will be credited back to your credit card or other payment method used (shipping is not refundable).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please fill out the return/exchange form. You will be credited the cost of the returned item and applicable taxes (if any were charged), then a new order will be created and charged separately for the new item you want to purchase (shipping charges will apply).
