Shipping Speed Details:

We hope this message finds you and your family healthy and safe. As COVID-19 continues to impact the USA, we thought it best for our employees to stay home safe with their families. We are running on a skeleton crew, meaning the orders may take a little longer than expected to ship out but we are doing our very best to process them as fast as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-7 business days (we will inform you if for any reason your order is delayed beyond this). Special orders can take longer depending on your specific request.

*If you need an order to ship out the same day or make changes to your current order, please call and let us know at 1-800-338-7637 (emails may not be checked as frequently).

On Domestic Orders USPS 1st Class mail can take from 2-7 days to arrive after shipment leaves our facilities. Priority mail usually takes about 2-5 days to arrive after the order has been shipped, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed since there can be delays beyond our control caused by the shipping carriers.
UPS Ground delivery varies by zone (we're located in South Carolina, so UPS Ground is much faster for the East Coast than out West).
1st Class and Priority mail only deliver to MAILING Addresses. If you select 1st Class or Priority mail please make sure the "ship to" address is where you get your mail. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.

If there is going to to be a substantial delay because an item is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or Email.

International Orders are shipped Via 1st Class Mail International or Priority Mail International, delivery time varies by country, it can take 2 weeks or more depending on how long customs takes to release the package, please note that we don't have any control over the delivery of the packages. North Star Leather is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods.

Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON BELTS, Our belts are custom cut to order therefore we cannot accept returns on any belts). All items must be in unused/undamaged condition. The product price and applicable taxes will be credited to your credit card. You may make an exchange if you prefer. We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was defective.

Hats Exchanges:
We offer ONE free exchange for sizing mistakes (you are only responsible for the cost of mailing it back to us). Just mail the hat back and we'll exchange it for a different size and mail it to you with no additional Shipping charge (USA Orders Only).
